The living area, with a view, has 2 lounge chairs and sofa with a new 55" LG 4k Smart TV.
The dining area has a table and chairs that seat 6 comfortably or you can dine out on the balcony while gazing at the Gulf Of Mexico.
The primary bedroom has a King Bed, TV work desk, recliner, walk-in closet and En-Suite bathroom with twin sinks and a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom has a lower Queen bed with an upper twin size bunk and a Walk-in closet. There is also a 40inch Smart Tv. The guest bathroom has a Tub/ Shower combination. Both bedrooms have a sliding glass door to the balcony.
Amenities include Cable TV, High speed internet, Washer/dryer. BBQ Grill and even Beach Chairs.
The Surf Club Complex has an elevator, heated pool and a private beach on the Gulf. It is a short walk to several nice restaurants, a convenience store and gift shops.
