Welcome to Coco Bungalow - a lovely two bedroom, 1.5 bath house with a saltwater heated pool, located on Manasota Key, in easy walking distance to the beach. This house has been redone from the top of the roof to the floor - new kitchen, new bathrooms, new bedding and linens. The kitchen features all new stainless appliances, beautiful new counters and redone cabinets. Lovely dining nook is located conveniently to the kitchen and to the living room television. The master bedroom with king bed opens to the pool cage, which includes a dining table and grill that are under cover from the elements. The guest bedroom has twin beds, and guests can turn the twins into a king if they desire. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and rolling cooler are provided and are stored in the rear shed, along with four bicycles that are available for guest use. Parking for you and your guest is available. (Note: heating the pool is a charge in addition to the rent - $75 a week or $200 for a month.)
There are security cameras outside and one in the lanai. The lanai camera can be covered during your occupancy. The exterior cameras may not be covered.
