In May of 1999, while still in college, his parents acquired Gulf Realty & Associates. Although Marty had never been to Englewood, he was presented with the opportunity to work in the family business upon graduation. During his first visit to the area he fell in love with the laid back lifestyle Manasota Key had to offer. He knew this would not only be a great opportunity to be close to his family, but to also help the business continue to grow and be successful.
Marty received his Florida Sales-Associate license in April 2000 and his Broker-Associate license in March 2004. With over a decade of experience selling Real Estate, Marty has a gained a profound knowledge of the niche market on Manasota Key as well as in Englewood. Contributing to a family business doesn’t limit him to just sales expertise, however. He presently works in various aspects of the business, handling all technology-related items including all the photographs for sales and rentals, and all the virtual tours and updates to the website. If it’s technology related, chances are Marty had something to do with it.
Marty is married to Elizabeth, a Licensed Real Estate Broker for Gulf Realty Rentals, Inc. where she oversees daily rental operations and is the Community Association Manager (CAM) for Englewood Beach Villas, the 100-home community behind their Manasota Key office. In their off time, they spend as much time with their young son and daughter. Marty is passionate about training & competing in the sport of triathlon and running events. Marty’s hobbies include playing the guitar and traveling with the family in their spare time.

First visiting her grandparents’ winter home on Gulf Blvd, later following her parents to Gulf to Bay Park, Diane made the leap to a full-time Islander in December of 2018. Diane was born and raised on Cape Cod, MA. Beaches and boating have always been a passion. Diane has 22 continuous years of real estate experience, starting back in 1997. Diane holds licenses as a both a Sales Associate and a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in FL and MA.
