In May 1999, while still in college, his parents acquired Gulf Realty & Associates. Though he had never been to Englewood before, Marty was offered the chance to join the family business after graduation. On his first visit, he fell in love with the relaxed lifestyle of Manasota Key and knew it was the right place to build both a life and a career. Marty earned his Florida Sales Associate license in April 2000 and his Broker Associate license in March 2004. With over two decades of experience in real estate, he has developed deep expertise in the unique markets of Manasota Key and Englewood. Beyond sales, Marty plays a vital role in the company’s operations—managing all things tech-related, from photography and virtual tours to website maintenance and digital marketing. If it’s online or behind a lens, Marty likely had a hand in it. Marty is married to Elizabeth, a Licensed Real Estate Broker who oversees rental operations at Gulf Realty Rentals, Inc. Together, they enjoy spending time with their two children. When he's not working, Marty can often be found cycling on the road, on gravel trails, or off exploring new places with his family.

Diane was born and raised on Cape Cod, MA. Beaches and boating have always been a passion. Diane has 22 continuous years of real estate experience, starting back in 1997. Diane holds licenses as a both a Sales Associate and a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in FL and MA.
