How It Works

Step One: Reserve your stay in one of our credit eligible homes for 3 –14 days.

Step Two: Select the items you want at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check in date.

Step Three: We’ll deliver everything for you on the day you are scheduled to check in.

Step Four: Enjoy your gear!

Step Five: The night before your check out day, leave your gear clean and where you found it. No packing needed! We’ll take care of the rest.


  • How Do I Qualify for Beach Gear?

    Reserve your stay in one of our credit eligible homes for 3 –14 days (not available for 15 days or more.)

  • How Do I Use My Beach Gear Credit?

    After booking, watch for an email from our gear partner VaykGear. Your rental house name and check-in date will be in the subject line. Click on the link in the email directing you to the beach gear rental page and input your reservation number. The beach gear credit* will be applied automatically to your stay.

  • When Do I Select My Gear?

    You must select the gear at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Your credit/discount expires at 4PM ET the day after your scheduled check in date. Gear is subject to availability and delivery or late fees may apply, so we recommend ordering as soon as you receive your welcome email from us.

  • Do You Deliver The Gear Right to My Rental Property?

    Pack Less – Relax More! Rental items are delivered right to your vacation home the day you arrive! A text message will be sent to you upon delivery with instructions on where your items are located. (A delivery fee may apply. )

  • What If There are Issues with My Gear?

    It’s your vacation and we want you to enjoy it every step of the way! If there are any issues with any of your items during your stay, please contact or (888) 577-7412 directly and they will take care of it.

  • Do You Pick Up the Gear After My Stay?

    Yes! We'll pick up everything on your scheduled departure day. Save time coming and going! No packing needed.

  • How Do I Prep My Gear for Pickup?

    Just leave your gear clean and where you found it, the night before your departure (gear pickup begins at 6am ET). We’ll take care of the rest!
