The condo is remodeled with an open floor plan, 2 TV's with cable service & free Wi-Fi.
The living room, dining and kitchen are all open to each other creating a nice space for gatherings. Leather couch & 2 lounge chairs in the living room, dining table for 6, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and full-size washer & dryer. The master bedroom has a King size bed, a sliding door to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest room has 2 full-size beds and connects to the guest bathroom with a shower.
The Pelican Landing complex has lots to offer - a wide sandy beach, heated swimming pool and hot tub, tennis courts, club house, and boat slips. The beaches here are full of shells and fossilized sharks' teeth. There are a lot of activities to keep you occupied, especially watersports, or golfing at the 15+ golf courses nearby. You will have plenty of privacy at the condo if you just need to relax and unwind.
Just down the road are several nice restaurants, bars with live music, a convenience store, and gift shop. On the mainland, no more than a 5-10 minute drive, you'll find grocery stores, plenty of other shopping, medical offices, and a hospital.
