The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave among other things; a washer & dryer, and half-bath are in the 1-car garage. There is a King-size bed in Master Bedroom with a TV, and a King (two twin beds together) in the Guest Bedroom; each bedroom has its own bathroom.
There is easy access to the beach along the gulf, both directly from the property and as well as by using the sandy pathway by the house to the north (6116 Gnarled Oak) next door.
