Very nice Gulf Side 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom upstairs (stairs- no elevator), end unit with an open floor plan, a cathedral ceiling in the living/dining area, and partial views of both Lemon Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Nicely furnished throughout, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, breakfast bar, screened lanai from Living Room and Master Bedroom. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, full-size washer and dryer in the unit, books, & games.
The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. Each of the 2 guest bedrooms have a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The condo is located only steps away from the heated swimming pool, BBQ grill, and nice, wide, sandy beach. The complex also has a cabana area by the beach with lounge chairs, In the storage room are 2 bikes, 2 kayaks, beach chairs, coolers & floats.
You will find fossilized sharks' teeth among the mounds of shells on the beach. Swim and snorkel in the clear water for sand dollars and other treasures.
At Stump Pass Park (1 mile down the road) you'll find sandy trails all the way down to the pass, and a mile of pristine beach. You may be joined by a heron on your walk, see pelicans fishing, or dolphins at play. From May 1 to October 31 watch the sea turtle nests come alive with hatchlings. For all you fishing enthusiasts, the area is the second largest marine estuary in the state. You will find hundreds of species in our waters. Boat to nearby Boca Grande, the “Tarpon Capital of the World”.
A two-week minimum stay is required. (Rate for Holiday weeks increases. Rental rate does not include the departure cleaning fee, 12% tax, booking fee, and $500 security deposit.)
