The garage contains a full-size washer & dryer, beach chairs, beach toys, fishing poles, bikes, and a paddle board for your enjoyment.
Join with the other residents in the evenings to watch the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf. You'll find the beach is loaded with sea shells and even fossilized sharks' teeth. The condo is close enough to walk to the area restaurants, gift shop, and convenience store.
