Inside the spacious great room, you'll find the nicely furnished living and dining areas, and kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops are found in the kitchen (also, the breakfast bar, and bathrooms). Includes a washer and dryer.
The large master suite has a king-size bed, a sitting area overlooking the Gulf, an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, separate tub and shower, and a walk-in closet. On the opposite side of the condo are the large guest bedrooms - one with a queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a powder room.
Condo amenities include 4 TV's with cable - in the living room and each bedroom, free Wi-Fi, a heated swimming pool, under building parking (1 space), and an elevator. The Palms Condo Association charges a $100.00 Guest registration fee. Effective 3/3/2021 - Grills have been removed.
