PELICAN PERCH: Adorable and sparkling-clean 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage. If you're a boater, the boat dock and kayak ramp behind the house offer a convenience that you won't find at many other properties. Plus the house is conveniently located near Stump Pass, the closest access for your boat to the Gulf of Mexico.

The house is tastefully decorated in a beachy theme.  It has brand-new leather lounge chairs and a sofa in the living room and TV with cable and free Wi-Fi, new mattresses (queen and 2 twins) in both bedrooms, and the kitchen was just renovated (similar to the Joanna Gaines style of HGTV fame.)  There is a view of the boat docks and inlet of the bay from the kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom.  While on Lemon Bay you'll see all sorts of birds: pelicans, egrets, ospreys, and if lucky, you may see a manatee or dolphin.  Also, because this area of the island is off the main road, you'll find it very quiet and peaceful.

Access the beach on the Gulf of Mexico by walking out to Gulf Blvd and down Beachcomber Lane, possibly a 5 to 10 min. walk.  There you'll find lots of sea shells and even an occasional shark's tooth.

The Owner will consider allowing a small, well-behaved dog for an additional fee. Please get Owner permission before bringing your dog or scheduling any parties of more than 4 people.
