Covered parking is below the building. There are 13 steps to the condo from the parking area. The family room has two recliners and a sofa bed. The dining area has a table with chairs for six. The kitchen is complete with stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The screened balcony has a table with 4 chairs - you'll spend a lot of time out here because of the great view. You can see and hear the Gulf from the living room and the balcony. We have a master bedroom with a king bed, TV, and with a master bath/shower. A second bedroom has two twin beds and TV. There is also a second full bathroom.
From the bottom of the stairs in the parking area you can walk to the wide sandy beach in 30 seconds ….. if you walk slowly.
You can walk on the beach to town center and the 5 restaurants in 20 minutes.
(Rental rates do not include the departure cleaning fee, 12% tax, and $500 security deposit or $59.00 damage insurance waiver.
