GULF FRONT HOME - This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private home has just become available to rent for the 1st time. It is located on the north end of Manasota Key, within walking distance to the Manasota Public Beach. Spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living/dining room, master bedroom suite, and balcony.
The entry is into a screened porch on the side of the house. The large living room and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating, great for entertaining or watching TV on the new flat-screen or watching the amazing sunsets practically every night. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, bowls, you name it. There is also a laundry room, bathroom with a shower, and the guest bedroom with a full-size bed and TV.
Upstairs is the Master Bedroom suite which includes a queen-size bed, desk for your computer, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and a large, screened balcony facing the beach. The owner will consider allowing a well-behaved dog no larger than 50 pounds for an additional fee of $100 per week or $200 a month and an additional cleaning fee.
This will certainly be your 'happy place!' In fact, there's even a coffeemaker here so you won't have to miss a moment of spectacular views.
