The living room has plenty of seating with lots of afternoon sunlight, and a TV with cable access. The formal dining area has a table for four and a china cabinet with nice dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. Includes a flat-top electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, and a washer and dryer in the pantry. Includes free Wi-Fi internet access.
The master bedroom has a brand-new King-size bed (actually 2 twin beds pushed together), a small TV, garden view from the sliding glass doors to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed and bathroom with a shower.
The condo complex has a heated pool and spa, and clubhouse for guests to use. It's just a 10 minute walk or short drive to the Manasota Public Beach where you'll find a nice sandy beach at the Gulf of Mexico. Lots of shopping and restaurants are nearby in south Venice and Englewood.
Condo rules require a 1-month minimum stay and a $100 condo registration fee. Rental rates do not include the departure cleaning fee, tax, or security deposit. Owner is requesting at least a three month reservation for season.
