Utilities, Wi-fi and Direct TV are included in rent. Large screen TV in the living room, additional TV in bedroom. This unit is suitable for no more than 2 adults and 2 children.
From the large backyard you can watch the boats and wildlife go by while sitting in the shade of the heritage oak tree or you can enjoy sunning yourself or fishing from the dock. There is a $250 per week fee to dock your boat, from May 1st to November 30th. The boat dock is not available for Dec1st to April 30th. Rates for longer lengths of stay are negotiable.
