This beautiful, modern beach cottage sits across the road from the Gulf of Mexico, and is located between the two public beaches, Manasota Beach and Blind Pass Beach, each just a 4 min. drive from the cottage.
At the heart of the house sits the modern kitchen which opens up to the living and dining room, giving a seamless living experience. All the bedrooms are off to one side of the house, allowing for privacy on family vacations. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a bunkbed. The one bathroom has a tub/shower combination; there is also an outdoor shower. Amenities include wi-fi access, satellite TV, washer & dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer, fire extinguisher, smoke alarms, books, toys, and snorkeling gear.
Cool down from a hot afternoon at the beach in the outdoor shower and then relax on the patio sitting area. The property has dock access on Lemon Bay - a wonderful place for kayaking where you may see fish jumping, pelicans, and possibly a a manatee. You can use one of the owner's kayaks, rent a kayak from several vendors on the south end of the island, or bring your own. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and now a new waterpark are within a short drive.
