This is a nice, upstairs Bayside 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with an updated kitchen. The condo has a comfortable living room, free-WiFi and plenty of TV channels. Both bedrooms have king-size beds. There is a Murphy-bed in the living room for the extra guests. Both bathrooms have showers. The swimming pool and boat docks are on the bayside as well as this condo. The property has a community laundry room (coin-op).
The beach and Gulf of Mexico is just a short walk across the road. The Gulf waters are nice and warm in the summer. You'll find plenty of sea shells and some fossilized sharks' teeth, too, if you look very hard in the sand. You can walk for miles up and down the island. There is an outdoor shower as you come off the beach to wash off the salt and sand.
These Sunburst condos are also a short walk to several nice restaurants, no need to get and your car and drive. The grocery stores are on the mainland, only a 5-10 minute drive.
