Enjoy this large 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo, while you are working from "home" or relaxing at the beach. Step out on the lanai for a 'peek-a-boo' view of the Gulf or magnificent sunset. Sit on the screened balcony with your morning coffee or a refreshing afternoon cool beverage. The condo is all tile, has high ceilings with a screened balcony facing the heated swimming pool. It's less than a 2-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico waters- so close that you can hear the waves on the wide beach when the sliding glass doors are open. Walk onto the beach for a better chance to capture the 'Green Flash' at sunset.
The open living room has comfortable seating and includes a TV with cable service. The dining table seats 6 and the Lanai table will also seat 6.. The fully-equipped kitchen has pass-through to the dining room.
There is a King-size bed in the Master bedroom, TV, a large walk-in closet, and large Master bathroom with a separate tub and shower. One Guest bedroom has a Queen bed; the other has 2 Full-size beds. The Guest bathroom has a large shower.
The condo includes a full-size washer & dryer, central heat and air, walk-in closets, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a large garden tub in the Master bathroom, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, heated swimming pool, and 1 parking parking space under the building (sorry, the Barefoot rules only allow 1 space.)
Activities include swimming or snorkeling in the Gulf or heated pool, searching for shells on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The local restaurants and tiki bars are close enough to walk to. Rent a boat, kayak, or bicycle.
For the months of January, February and March there is a three month minimum requirement.
In June and July, reservations are Saturday arrival and Saturday departure.
