This beautiful villa sits on Lemon Bay and has all you need for an exciting and relaxing vacation. Decorated in a way to make you feel that you are in a tropical paradise. The villa is beautifully updated with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. Master comes with a king size bed and ensuite with stand up shower. The guest bedroom with queen bed and guest bath with shower.
The kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked to prepare your daily catch.
The Villas' clubhouse, heated swimming pool, and shuffle board courts are just a steps away. During the winter months residents gather for card games, dinners, and fun activities; the community is a quiet, safe place for walking or riding your bike. Just outside the community you'll find the beach on the Gulf of Mexico loaded with sandy shells, several nice restaurants, a convenience store and gift shop. Yoga on the beach is offered most mornings, bring your yoga mat or towel. In town is where you'll find the grocery stores and other shops, Farmer's Market on Thursdays, at least 15 public golf courses within a 15 mile radius, and several charter boat opportunities.
Amenities include Bikes, 2 paddle boards, 1 double kayak, fire pit, gas grill, Dock and floating dock, beach chairs. Free wifi provided.
