Yay! BEACH RENOURISHMENT is complete adding hundreds of feet of beautiful sand to our private beach! Pictures on our site are updated and Satellite pictures of the beach are not accurate. Home is fully stocked with all you need for the ultimate beach vacation. Everything is new, clean and well maintained. Bikes, rafts, beach umbrella, beach toys & games, board games and other beach equipment included! Outdoor shower located on the side of the house to wash the sand away. The house and outdoor space has been fully updated for guests to enjoy. The yard was completely rejuvenated, so say goodbye to the high grasses and welcome the extra backyard space with plenty of open room to rest in the hammock or relax in the shade of the palm trees and read a book. Our home offers something for all ages. Family games, dart board, flat screen smart TV's in living room and bedrooms, take one, leave one free book library, etc. Additional parking available on the side of the house for an RV or boat!
Guests have full access to the house, property, and the private beach which is only shared with 6 other homes. We are available by phone anytime! If you're looking for something that's different from the overbuilt, crowded, traffic-jammed beaches of Siesta Key, then look no further! The public beaches on Manasota Key include Manasota Beach, Blind Pass Beach Park, Englewood Beach, and Stump Pass Beach State Park with shark teeth galore. More sea turtles' nest in Manasota Key than anywhere else on the Gulf Coast, particularly the threatened Loggerhead Sea turtle. Keep your eyes peeled and you may witness – from a distance – a miracle!
