If you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation filled with golden sunshine, great food and stunning beaches with a bit of nature, you have found the right place. Welcome to Villa 49. This villa features an open floor concept with dining/living room combo. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a small tv.
2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and flat screen TV's have full baths for each. Newly remodeled bathroom with stand-up shower. The owner has also provided extra sleeping quarters with new murphy queen bed for your visiting guests.
The Villas clubhouse, heated swimming pool and shuffleboard courts are just a few steps away. During the winter months residents gather for card games, dinners, and fun activities. The community is a quiet, safe place for walking or riding your bike. Just outside the community you'll find the beach on the Gulf of Mexico loaded with sandy shells, several nice restaurants, a convenience store and gift shop. Yoga on the beach is offered most mornings, bring your yoga mat or towel. In town is where you'll find the grocery stores and other shopping. Farmer's market is on Thursdays off of Dearborn Street and at least 15 public golf courses within a 15-mile radius, and several charter boat opportunities.
