With private deeded beach and bay access, you have the best of both worlds and no need to go to the public beaches. Walk across the street to you private path and beach access. For the more adventurous, grab a kayak or paddleboard and explore the calm waters of Lemon Bay, where you might spot dolphins and manatees.
