La Coquina has a wide private beach with lots of shells and even fossilized sharks' teeth, a heated swimming pool, several guest parking spots, and a gated entrance. The property is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, water sports and public beaches. It's just a short 5 minute drive to town where you'll find several grocery stores, and lots of shopping.
