The master bedroom has a king bed with a sitting area that includes two comfortable chairs and queen size sleeper sofa. There is an ensuite bathroom, as well as a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and 36” TV. The third room can be either a bedroom or home office with a full sleeper sofa and a desk. The 2nd full bathroom is located right next to the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has fresh linens and ample closet space, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The laundry room has a front-loading washer and dryer. The garage has parking for 2 cars. All TVs are smart TVs and stream.
The open concept living area offers plenty of seating, that includes recliners in the sofa and loveseat, and a 70-inch flat screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, updated appliances and plenty of cabinets. The dining room can comfortably seat 8 people.
Sliding glass doors off of both the living room and the master bedroom lead out to a lovely lanai and the inground pool. (Optional electric pool heat is $100 per week.)
A gas grill is ready for use, as you enjoy your own little piece of paradise. There is even an extra driveway if you bring your boat. The house is less than a mile from the Myakka River and only seven miles from Boca Grande and Manasota Key (home to 4 different beaches).
